In March 2020, OurNet opened the Walsall primary care assessment centre, primary care unit designed specifically for the care of patients suffering with Coronavirus. In the same year, OurNet began operating the well-known Walsall Extended Access Service.

The board of directors at OurNet are made up of six Walsall PCN Clinical Directors, who are all senior GP Partners within Walsall practices. The board of directors are supported by an oversight committee, made up of GP beneficiaries, and the OurNet Business Manager.

The organisation is registered with both the Information Commissioners Office and the Care Quality Commission and undergoes regular internal and external auditing to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
