On occasion, Walsall GP practices may decide to ask OurNet to support the practice with caring for its patients when it is closed for events such as protected learning time. On such occasions patients will be asked to call OurNet to access core practice services, such as urgent appointment requests or medication queries.
Where your GP practices has asked you to contact OurNet Health Services, please call 01922 501999. Your call will be logged by one of our call handling team and you will receive a call back from a clinical member of the team.
In the first instance, patients should always attempt to contact their registered GP practice. Where a practice is open and operating as usual, calls to our service from these patients will be directed back to the GP practice or to an alternative service.
Our clinicians have full access to your medical records and send all information relating to your consultation with our clinician back to your registered GP. Spoken language and British Sign Language interpreters are available upon request. Please ensure that you inform the call handler of your requirements when booking an appointment.
